Setting up auto payment is the easiest way to ensure your rent is paid on time every month—no reminders or manual payments needed. Follow the steps below to get started:
1. Log in to your Resident Portal
Go to your community’s Resident Portal and log in using your email and password. If you don’t have an account, click “Sign Up” and follow the instructions to register.
2. Navigate to the Payments Section
Once logged in, select the Payments tab in the top menu. This will take you to your payment dashboard, where you can view your current balance and payment history.
3. Click “Set Up Auto Payment”
Look for the Auto Payment option or button. Click it to begin setting up your recurring payment.
4. Enter Your Payment Details
Fill in the required information. If you’ve already saved a payment method, you can select it from your list.
5. Customize Your Auto Payment Settings
Set the amount, start date, and frequency of your payments. Most residents choose to pay the full balance monthly, but you can also choose custom amounts and timing.
6. Review and Confirm
Double-check your settings to make sure everything is correct. Then click Confirm or Save to activate auto payment.
7. You’re All Set!
You’ll see a confirmation message once your auto payment is successfully set up. You can return to the Payments tab at any time to edit or cancel your settings.
