Instant Access, Anytime
You can now request maintenance directly through your Resident Portal. Simply click “+ Create New Request” on the homepage, or navigate to the Maintenance tab at the top and select the same icon. No more waiting on hold or wondering when you’ll hear back — help is just a few clicks away.
Safety First
If the issue is a true emergency — like a fire, gas leak, or anything life-threatening — the AI Assistant will prompt you to call 911 right away. Your safety is always our top priority.
Conversational and Easy to Use
Just tell the assistant what’s going on. Whether it’s “my dishwasher is leaking” or “the A/C isn’t blowing cold air,” the system will walk you through a few quick follow-ups to make sure we understand the situation fully.
Upload Photos or Videos
You can upload images or short videos of the issue directly in the chat. This helps us assess the problem more accurately and ensures technicians arrive prepared to resolve it.
